The Giotto/Cimabue is a single cottage of 120m², on one level, facing the vineyard from one side and the swimming pool from the other.
The name Giotto/Cimabue is because they were previously two apartments later separated and used as one house. During the winter, they are separated again and the Giotto, that doesn’t have a kitchen, is used has a room rental and is made up of: two double rooms; bathroom, living room with satellite TV LCD 32", drip coffee maker for the first awakening, complimentary toiletries.
It is for its features that the Giotto/Cimabue apartment is also ideal for acquaintances or friends that, even if they want to spend an holiday together, can also have some privacy; and in fact only the kitchen and the living room are in common, while the night areas remain distant.
The apartment has four large double rooms, a big living room with two sofas one of which is also a bed, satellite TV LCD 32", kitchen on site well equipped (four hobs, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer), TV LCD 19" with a French window that takes you outside; two bathrooms: one with a shower box, the other one with a bath tub/shower, a storage room with a washing machine, cleaning equipment, iron and ironing board, and drying rack. Independent heating. Kitchen completely equipped with crockery.
The apartment, of recent construction, has rafters and a ‘cotto d’Este’ (fired brick) floor, outdoor space for outside lunches and dinners with a hard-set barbecue. In the bedrooms there are the mosquito nets.
In front of this apartment there is the Donatello, completely independent, which can accommodate a maximum of four people. The two units Giotto and Donatello can be rent together, ideal solution for groups of friends or for 2/3 families that could then enjoy the best privacy and tranquility, since the apartments are 200m away
